About the Event
For many, many, many years, STET has been bringing Grandmaster Storyteller, Ashley Ramsden, to the Netherlands with his perennially popular version of A Christmas Carol. This year will be the 19th year and STET & DISC are doing their best to keep the Carol going!
Many of our audience told STET and DISC that Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without Ashley’s marvellous and inventive retelling of the quintessential festive tale. And we fully agree!
Dickens’ masterpiece is an international favourite that Ashley has performed on five continents, playing all 23 characters…
The story embraces the original masterpiece transporting us back in time to Victorian England. We meet the wicked Ebenezer Scrooge on Christmas Eve, when he receives the visits of the three ghosts of the past, present and the future. Will he change his mean, miserly ways before it’s too late?
We will have 3 tellings of ‘The Carol’
